it's the people who truly make a business grow, and the team at this Peet's is exceptional. As a multi time a week regular, I've consistently been impressed by an employee I frequently see checking on customers and being the first to step in when someone needs help and keeping the store tidy, welcoming people loudly and being very friendly. I believe he is the manager of this place. A perfect example of his commitment was when a customer accidentally hit the door and dropped their coffee. This employee immediately left the bar, checked on the customer, and replaced their drink. He then grabbed a broom and thoroughly cleaned up the entire entryway mess. As I was leaving, I asked his name so I could commend his actions, and he told me, "Nedeem." His commitment to customer care stands out and is the main reason I choose this location over and over. Even though I have two other Peet's closer to my home, I make the extra trip because of the excellent management and the welcoming atmosphere he fosters. Peet's Corporation should be very proud of Nedeem and the entire team at this spot! The rest of the team here are great and friendly.

I'm from France and I visited San Francisco for the first time this year in February. The first street I discovered was Market St. I went in around 4pm with some friends : Adele & Kenza because we were hungry after the time difference and we were craving something sweet. We discovered two absolutely adorable and very American women who taught us a lot about the U.S inside. and we had a good chat. I had a drink and a delicious cake, and the waiters were adorable despite our accents. a memorable souvenir, thank you without meaning to, for remaining engraved in my memory. Nice place to hangout with your laptop. Fairly spacious. Could do with more seating.

Needed to kill time for before my early morning appointment. Decided to pop by to grab coffee. It’s a big space which is unusual compared to other Peet’s in the area.

Beautiful wooden, art & living wall decorated cafe with great coffee. San Francisco is the home of the high quality Peet’s brand, so make sure to pop in at least once when in the area. Shame about overuse of single-use plastics & single-use (landfill) coffee cups even by customers who eat-in. Definitely bring your own travel mug for take-out & choose a cup for eat-in to reduce waste. Paper straws in use. Popular with locals on laptops so has good wifi but often tables full of laptop workers.

I don’t usually review chain coffee shops, but this is such a friendly place with good coffee and nice pastry offerings. I’ve spent a lot of time on the Marina, and wish I’d gone here before this week. It’s dog friendly and dog watching is half the fun. Great vibe.

The baristas on Friday Nov 28 afternoon were the Best!!!!! Super high energy and fast with the jokes and the drinks. Much appreciated. Thank you!!!
